Safe Shipping


All safes weighing 100 lbs. or less will be shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground. ValueSafes provides you with only the best quality Gun Safe & Winchester Safes that can be found online!

With our dedication to customer service, all of our safes are individually inspected prior to shipping. The size and weight of your safe purchase will determine the shipping method. Ship time is around ten business days depending on availability.

All safes weighing in excess of 100 lbs. will be shipped via truck to your destination of choice inside the continental United States. Safes shipped via truck will arrive to the specified address and will be lowered to the ground by the trucking company at no additional charge. This service does not include any stairs or steps or inside delivery.

IMPORTANT: All deliveries weighing over 100 lbs must be signed for at the time of delivery; therefore the customer must be present. The trucking company will not leave a safe if no one is available to sign for the shipment at the delivery address. The trucking company will also charge a redelivery fee of $75.00 or more depending on weight, which will be payable by the customer.”


Returned merchandise must be in the orginal box and in good condition. Merchandise may not be returned without our prior approval and the issuance of a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA). When returned, goods and their cartons must be in perfect unused, resaleable condition. All returns are subject to our inspection and approval and a reasonable handling charge. Shipping Costs

There are NO SHIPPING CHARGES to most of the continental United States. However, in some remote rural areas, islands, toll bridge access areas, union states, ferry tolls, etc. may be subject to additional charges. If any additional charges apply the customer will be notified before shipping. That being said, when it comes to return items, the cost of shipping to the customers location is non refundable and will be deducted from credit the customer will be refunded. Customer will also be responsible for shipping the safe back to the warehouse. No returns will be accepted after 3 days of receipt. No returns on any electrical products.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee for undamaged returns will be charged for 20% of the merchandise cost. Damaged Goods If the merchandise you receive is damaged, you must contact the freight carrier for reconciliation. Please inspect all merchandise before signing for it.

Refunds & NSF Checks

Refunds will be via Company check. 15 days on cancellation or returned of goods.

For NSF checks there is an $20.00 Charge Late Fees 2% per month on past due Invoices over 30 Days.

FAQ Shipping Questions

Thanks to our special rates, this is FREE from us…unlike from many other companies. Freight companies charge a fee for making deliveries to residential areas. Residential Delivery Service is charged by the freight company at its discretion.

Delivery includes transportation of the shipment to your location only. We do have to charge an extra $50 for inside delivery. A slight warning on inside delivery…the driver is only equipped with a pallet jack, which doesn’t go over steps and up staircases. As long as there is a smooth path it will be brought JUST a foot inside the door and left. They will not take it up elevators or unload and install.

Please note that Inside Delivery is NOT the same as Installation … the delivery company is only required to bring the item inside the building; they may not necessarily move it to where you ultimately want the safe located. In addition, if there are steps between the curb and the door, inside delivery service may stop at the first step encountered.

Delivery is transportation of the shipment to your location only. A lift gate is a mechanical lowering device that can be used to offload your shipment from the back of the delivery vehicle. All of our safe deliveries come with a FREE liftgate service unless the safe is a small one and does not require it. This is as much as a $100 value that many of our competitors charge extra for.

Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a notification email with your shipment tracking number. (Most of our safes are being delivered by UPS.) You will be able to use this information to track your shipment directly with the freight or package carrier. All freight companies will call you to arrange a time for delivery.
We do accept PO orders from pre-approved clients. Here is the process involved:
• In order to be approved for PO invoicing, you can either email or fax us your credit reference sheet, or complete and return our credit application form.
• We will notify you when your account is approved by Accounting (usually takes 1-3 business days)
• Upon approval, you can submit your PO and we will fulfill your order.
